Service status
Automated checks
Automated requests to our public website and app addresses every five minutes. Hover, tap or use arrow keys on a bar for details.
Check failure history
- Check failure history is unavailable right now.
Recent server errors
Server errors in platform API requests. Automated checks run independently; request-based status is shown only when the observations support a conclusion. “Errors from one source” means they are concentrated in one account or project (or unattributed callers), so they are not treated as platform-wide. “Elevated errors” means the error rate stays high after removing the loudest source. “Not assessed” means recent observations do not support a conclusion; “Unavailable” means they could not be read.
What these checks cover
Three automated checks run every five minutes: the website, one database-backed app read, and app sign-in. A result expires after twelve minutes. Checks use dedicated test accounts, so a failed check shows that the check failed, not how many customers were affected. A check that fails two runs in a row is listed under check failure history; a missing or inconclusive run breaks that sequence. “Not verified” means our monitoring or its test setup could not produce a result. Check history is kept for seven days and does not include request traffic, which is shown separately above. These observations do not guarantee availability of every app or operation. If you are having trouble, contact support.
